Negotiation auto approval slabs should be implemented on client and last level category specific.

Auto approval slabs (min/max counteroffer) should be seller specific and last level category specific.

Wherever the last level category specific slab is mentioned, it will overwrite the seller slab for approval.

If the negotiation price is below min price (as per the implemented slab) limit, then it should be rejected immediately.

If the negotiation price is above max price (as per the implemented slab) limit, it should get approved immediately.
